gettin' tiggy wit it

my futureprimitive package arrived yesterday (well done, royal mail and australia post)! i got two bars of soap and tiggy was lovely enough to include a free sample of her body whip. thank you so much, tiggy!

jealous, are we?

the black ferris: Coconut husks & Toffee Apples tumbled with Blackened Cardamom pods with just a dribble of dark, aged Vetiver oil. A well-rounded, nutty scent with a waft of long gone fairgrounds..

i can definitely smell a difference between the soap and the body whip. i think the soap is nuttier and more mellow, whereas the freshness of the apple comes through more in the whip. both are very coconutty and absolutely delicious!

shadow show: Blackened Pomegranate juice & Plum compote spiked with Pink Pepper, Clove & Cinnamon with base notes of Frankincense, Patchouli, Amber, Moss & caramelised sugar.

i really, really love this. its sweet and a bit tart, but not like any other fruit-based scents i've ever smelled (and you know i'm really not into fruity). i can't explain why i like this so much but i must get my hands on a bottle of the perfume oil before its gone. also that soap will need to be rationed...

this may sound strange but i wish i could get my soaps to ash like that. so pretty...

also on my wishlist: rook & raven (soap or perfume oil or both), lemonade lounger soap and niu kafa perfume oil. but most of all, i want my shadow show!

update: i've tried both soaps in the shower and they feel as fantastic as they smell :D
